Product Introduction

QB series centrifugal electric pump is composed of motor, water pump and seal. The motor is a single-phase asynchronous motor, and a single-end mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor.

The motor has an overload protection system. When the motor generates too much heat, it will automatically disconnect the circuit to protect the motor, making the operation safer and more reliable.

With excellent water conservancy design and reasonable structure, the electric pump is more efficient, more stable and quieter than similar products.

Conditions of use

1. The liquid temperature of the conveying water source is less than 40°C;

2. Power supply: the rated frequency of AC is 50Hz, the belt voltage is single-phase AC 220v, three-phase AC 380v, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9~1.1 times of the rated value.

3. The PH value of the medium is 6.5-8.5;

4. The ratio of solid impurities in water is not more than 0.1, and the particle size is not more than 0.2mm;

5. Before using for the first time, fill the water storage tank with water, and automatically discharge water after tens of seconds of electricity, and no need to fill water after use;

6. When the temperature is lower than 0°C, antifreeze work should be done.
