Product Introduction
BZ series self-priming centrifugal pump is a new type of electric pump developed for pipeline pressurization and transportation to solve the problem of low pipeline pressure. The electric pump is composed of three parts: a motor, a mechanical seal and a water pump. The motor is a single-phase or three-phase guided motor: a machine city seal is adopted between the water pump and the motor. The rotor shaft of the electric pump is made of high-quality carbon steel material, and is treated with corrosion resistance to ensure more reliable mechanical strength, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and is also convenient for maintenance and disassembly of the impeller, O-shaped rubber sealing ring is used for static sealing at each fixed stop seal of the pump.
Conditions of use
1. The working medium is non-corrosive clean water, the volume ratio of sand in the medium is not more than 0.10, and the particle size is not more than 0.20mm;
2. The medium temperature does not exceed 40 "C, and the PH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5;
3. The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage phase is 220V, the three phase is 380V, and the fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the rated value;
4. The air in the pump must be filled with water before use, otherwise the pump cannot be pumped normally.
