Product Introduction
Pump Motor Power Pump Motor A modified specific motor that drives an oil pump. The oil pump motor includes a motor body, a front end cover and an output drive shaft. A stepped hole is opened on the front end cover. The output drive is retracted into the front end cover to be a hollow shaft. The diameter of the shaft hole is the same as that of the input drive shaft of the oil pump. The outer diameter is matched, and there is a keyway at the shaft head of the output drive shaft. The oil pump is divided into high pressure and low pressure: that is, the high-pressure plunger oil pump relies on the camshaft in the pump to drive the plunger to reciprocate up and down in the plunger sleeve to generate high-pressure oil to supply the injector.
Y2 series fully enclosed self-fan cooling squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, large starting torque, low noise, small vibration and strong reliability. Oil pump motor products are used in various fields of the national economy, such as machine tools, water pumps, fans, compressors, and can also be used in transportation, mixing, printing, agricultural machinery, food and other occasions that do not contain flammable, explosive or corrosive gases.
YL single-phase dual-value capacitor asynchronous motor has the advantages of high torque, high efficiency, high power factor, advanced technical and economic indicators, reliable operation, widely used in machine tools, agricultural and sideline products processing, air compressors, pumps, medical machinery and other small mechanical drive; especially more suitable for single-phase power supply places.
Conditions of use
1. The power supply voltage, frequency and wiring mode shall meet the requirements of the motor nameplate, and the power supply voltage shall be kept within ± 5% of the rated voltage;
2. Check whether the grounding device of the motor and starting equipment is reliable and complete, whether the wiring is correct, and whether the contact is good;
3. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃;
4. Before use, the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to the casing must be measured with a megohmmeter. When cold, its value should be greater than 50 megohms, otherwise it must be dried;
5. Toggle the rotating shaft before starting. It should rotate flexibly without friction and collision. It should run smoothly and briskly without stagnation and noise. If strange, overheating, burning smell, smoke or slow rotating speed are found, the power should be turned off immediately, stop for inspection, and be available after repair;
6. The environment around the motor should be kept clean and dry, and the air inlet and outlet must be kept unblocked. No water droplets, oil stains or iron filings are allowed to fall into the inside of the motor;
7. The motor is not allowed to reverse at full speed and should not be started frequently;
8. The bearing grease should be replaced once every six months to fill the gap of the bearing chamber by about 60%;
9. Check whether the fasteners of the motor are fastened;
10. Check whether the direction of rotation is correct. If the direction of rotation is not correct, connect it according to the following method;(A. Three-phase arbitrary switch two lead-in wires. B. Single arbitrary switch the beginning and end of main and auxiliary windings.)
11. The motor runs continuously according to the rated power. The maximum temperature and maximum allowable temperature rise of each heating component shall not exceed the following provisions: winding temperature rise 75 ℃, iron core 75 ℃ and rolling bearing 55 ℃. If possible, effective monitoring measures shall be taken for temperature rise;
12. Daily inspection of the motor: the electrical contact part of the motor outlet box is kept clean and in good contact, and whether the motor air inlet is blocked, so as not to affect the service life of the motor, it should be regularly overhauled once every six months, and the dust and oil inside the motor should be removed during maintenance. And replace with grease;
M, motor operation inspection: motor operation should always pay attention to whether the load current conforms to the data regulations, whether the bearing has oil leakage and heat generation, etc., if there is any abnormal phenomenon or response, immediately cut off the power supply, find out the cause of the fault and eliminate it before closing the power supply, so that it can continue to run.
