Product Introduction
WQ series high power sewage sewage submersible pump. The electric pump consists of a water pump, a seal and a motor. The motor is located on the upper part of the electric pump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is located in the lower part of the electric pump and has a volute structure of runner impeller. Mechanical seal, skeleton oil seal and mechanical seal are used between the water pump and the motor. The "0" oil-resistant rubber seal is used as a static seal at each fixed stop seal to ensure the reliability of the electric pump. The electric pump rotor shaft is made of stainless steel to ensure that the shaft has a more reliable mechanical strength, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and it is also convenient for the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
Large flow sewage pump rotor blade form is divided into two kinds, respectively for the swirl blade and cutting blade, the two forms of the blade is the most widely used. The swirl impeller does not move in the medium to be transported, and the medium to be pumped is guided to the pump chamber according to the principle of fluid dynamics, and the pumped medium flows through the impeller. In this way, long fibers or solid matter in the pumped liquid medium are also pumped out together. The cutting blade can cut the larger massive solid matter, so that it is no longer clogged.
Conditions of use
1. Take the impeller center as the base, and the submerged depth shall not exceed 5 m:
2. Power supply: frequency is 50Hz, voltage is single-phase 220v, three-phase 380v, voltage fluctuation range is 0.9~1.1 times of rated value
3. Medium temperature <40°C;
The PH value of the medium is 4-10;
5. The density of the conveying medium is less than 1200KG/m3.
6. When working, the minimum liquid level shall conform to the minimum liquid level mark in the installation dimension drawing;
7, not suitable for strong corrosive fluid and strong corrosive particles of the medium;
8. The diameter of the solid in the medium is not greater than the maximum diameter of the solid allowed to pass.
