Product Introduction

NL type mud pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump, the main components are volute, impeller, pump seat, pump casing, support cylinder, motor seat, motor and other components. The volute, pump seat, motor seat and impeller are cast iron, with good corrosion resistance and convenient processing technology. The impeller is three single-chord bent blades, semi-closed impeller and malleable cast iron, so it has high strength, corrosion resistance, convenient processing, good passability and high efficiency. In order to reduce weight and reduce the amount of turning, the pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel cold-drawn round steel. The pump seat is equipped with four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves to prevent shaft wear and extend the service life of the shaft. NL type mud pump can be used vertically or obliquely. It occupies a small area. The volute needs to be buried in the working medium. It is easy to start and does not need to draw water. The rotation direction should be clockwise from the tail of the motor.

Conditions of use

1. Taking the impeller center as the reference, the diving depth shall not exceed 5 meters;

2. The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 40 °, and the PH value of the conveying medium is 4-10;

3. The maximum particles of the solid phase in the conveying medium meet the requirements of the main technical parameters;

4. The power frequency is 50Hz, and the voltage does not exceed 10% of the three-phase 380V or single-phase 220V.
