ZW series self-priming non-clogging sewage pump is a product with novel structure, which is successfully developed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. The pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge, adopts axial reflux external mixing type, and through the unique design of pump body and impeller flow channel, it can be like a general self-priming clean water pump without the need to install a bottom valve and irrigation and diversion, and can suck and discharge liquid containing large particles of solid and long fiber impurities, can be widely used in municipal sewage projects, pond farming, light industry, paper, textile food, chemical, electrical, fiber, slurry and mixed suspension and other chemical media the most ideal impurity pump.

Compared with similar domestic products, the pump has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and convenient use and maintenance. It is the first domestic sewage pump series products. Each top technical performance index is leading in China, reaching the international advanced level, and has a broad application market and development prospects.

 

Conditions of use

1. Ambient temperature 50°C, medium temperature 80°C, special requirements up to 200°C

2. Medium PH value Cast iron material is 6.9, stainless steel is 2-13

3. The medium weight shall not exceed 1240kg/m3

4. The self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is 10 meters

5. The diameter of suspended particles through the capacity is 60% of the spring diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times of the spring diameter.
