Intelligent permanent magnet variable frequency booster pump is a new generation of variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment, which is mainly integrated by controller, permanent magnet motor, electric pump and pressure tank. The electric pump adopts centrifugal impeller and guide vane structure, which has the advantages of large water flow, stable operation and low noise. The electric pump is beautiful in appearance, compact in structure, easy to install and operate; it automatically adjusts the operating frequency according to user needs to ensure that the pressure of the user pipe network is constant, so that the system is more efficient and energy-saving operation.

Conditions of use

Try to install the machine in the following places

1. The environment is well ventilated and dry, and cannot be directly exposed to the sun, and the ambient temperature is 0-45°C

2. No water drops of dust. Places without corrosive flammable gases

4. Easy maintenance and inspection place

Attention to water pump matters

1. Pay attention to the pipes at the inlet and outlet of the water pump. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes shall not be less than the diameter of the inlet and outlet of the water pump. Loose joint and ball valve shall be installed on the inlet and outlet pipes to facilitate maintenance.

2 .. When installing the inlet and outlet pipes, pay attention to avoid foreign matter such as glue entering the pump body.

3. After installing the piping, please pay attention to the exhaust of the water pump body.

4. Confirm whether the input power supply matches the power supply of the system.

It is recommended that the applicable liquid temperature is 0-60C

It must be noted that after the water pump is protected from water shortage or after pressing the stop button, if you need to restart, please cut off the power supply for 20 seconds and then send electricity.
