The oil-immersed pump is characterized in that the inside of the motor is filled with mechanical oil, which improves the operating conditions of the mechanical seal and makes it easier for external water to enter the inside of the motor. The oil conducts the heat inside the motor quickly, and the cooling effect is better.

The oil immersion pump makes the temperature rise of the motor drop significantly, thus increasing the overload ability of the submersible pump. In addition, the bearings of the oil-immersed pump are immersed in oil, and the smoothness and cooling are guaranteed, so the bearing life is longer than other types of submersible pumps.

The oil conducts the heat inside the motor quickly, and the cooling effect is better, so that the temperature rise of the motor is greatly reduced, thus increasing the overload ability of the submersible pump. In addition, the oil-immersed submersible pump bearings immersed in oil operations, smooth and cooling has been guaranteed, so the bearing life is longer than other types of submersible pumps.

 

Conditions of use

1. Take the impeller center as the base and dive to a depth of no more than 5 meters;

2. Power supply: AC rated frequency is 50Hz, three-phase 380v, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9~1.1 times of the rated value

3. Medium temperature <40°C;

4. The PH value of the medium is 6.5-8.5;

5. The volume ratio of solid impurities in the conveying medium shall not exceed 0.1, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm.
