1. Ungrounded device

If the casing of the high-lift deep well pump is connected with the grounding device that meets the national industry standard (the resistance of the grounding wire shall not exceed 4Ω), when the casing of the submersible pump is powered, the current flow forms a closed loop through the plastic casing of the submersible pump, the protective grounding wire, the grounding body, the ground, the power line connector in the transformer operation and the switching power supply. When the leakage current is unstable, especially when the neutral line of the live line touches the shell, it can make the protection equipment posture of high-lift deep well pump (circuit breaker melting or air switch tripping) and disconnect the switching power supply of the electric submersible pump.

2. No leakage protection switch is installed

If the centrifugal impeller of the three-phase submersible pump is reversed, it should be shut down immediately and the wiring of any two phases in the three-phase copper core cable in the cable can be replaced.
