1. Remove the cable jacket without destroying the electrical conductor. The exposed copper core wire is 35-40mm, not more than 60mm, and the length of the three wires is separated. 2. Divide the connector into several strands (not less than 6 strands) and evenly separate them. The two connectors are crossed together, and the length of the fork is aligned with the two ends of the cable sheath.

3. Join the strands together, tie a part of the strands obliquely to one end, and wrap the other end in the same way. If possible, wrap the connector firmly with pliers. With tin hanging connector, the effect is obvious.

4. First of all, part of the wound is double-layered with ordinary black tape, which is very important. Pack 3 layers with adhesive label tape (gray black) and squeeze each layer once to ensure the quality of the bag. The double layer is then wrapped with plastic insulating tape.

5. Tidy up the small connector first, wrap 5 layers (not less than 4 layers) with pressure-sensitive adhesive, and wrap the insulating sleeve on 25mml. Encapsulate 3 layers with plastic insulating tape, with both sides exceeding the previous layer by about 5mm. In order to avoid friction of the medical dressing layer when entering the well, use a bicycle inner tube with a width of 50mm and a suitable length, file it on both sides, apply strong glue, and wrap a layer around the connector for maintenance.

Warm reminder:

1. Check the insulation of the motor before the package connector, and connect it only after it meets the requirements of the instructions for use. After wrapping the connector, be sure to accurately measure the insulation layer in clean water at indoor temperature for 12 hours, and then enter the well after meeting the requirements.

2. The two kinds of adhesive tapes are all elastic, so be sure to tighten them when wrapping them. After the first layer of wiring terminals is wrapped, they should be wrapped to the original place and fall off after a long time.

3. When winding each connector, the tape winding layer must exceed the previous layer by about 5mm.

4. When bundling three single-core transmission lines, fold the auxiliary sensitive adhesive tape into a triangle and pad it into the porosity to avoid water penetration.

(1) The check valve body of the high-lift deep well pump is connected to a short water supply pipeline, and the straight hair splint of the clamping device is clamped in the correct direction of the pipeline. Hoist the submersible pump with a hanging chain and gradually put it into the well until the straight hair splint is reliably put into the well platform, loosen the hanging chain and take out the hanging hook. Receive the pipe safely and reliably on the previous pipe, clamp it with the straight hair splint of the equipment, hang it with a hanging chain, and then remove the first straight hair splint. According to the above method, the pump is continuously lowered and each pipe is installed. Place the straight hair splint in the right direction of the pipeline, firmly fix it on the well platform, and connect the water elbow.
