2) According to different uses and occasions, different impeller structures are adopted. Single and double channel impeller or double blade impeller with unique design can be adopted, which has good winding resistance, no blockage, strong processing ability and high efficiency and energy saving.

3) The worm chamber is usually a single worm type, with water absorption at the bottom, lateral drainage, and large flow area.

4) A replaceable wear-resistant sealing ring is installed between the impeller and the worm chamber to ensure the efficient operation of the pump.

5) For higher head pumps, the impeller is equipped with a back blade seal. Its function is to reduce the pressure of the liquid before the shaft seal of the pump chamber to balance the axial force, prevent impurity particles from entering the sealing device, and extend the service life of the seal.

7) When the power is above 15kW, it is equipped with a self-contained cooling system. The back blade of the impeller makes the water in the worm chamber flow into the stator chamber for circulating cooling, which can ensure the normal operation of the water pump when the water level of the pool is low or it is released. There is also an oil-water probe in the wiring cavity. When the main cable or control cable is broken or leaked due to other reasons, the probe sends a signal and the control system protects the pump.

8) The oil chamber can be cooled and lubricated by mechanical seals. The motor cavity is partially isolated from the pump, and there is no electrode protection inside the oil-water probe. When the conveying medium enters the oil chamber, the electrode sends a signal, which is displayed by the control system to notify the management personnel to repair in time. At the same time, the control system closely monitors its leakage.

9) The lower end of the motor cavity is equipped with a water leakage detector-float switch, which sends a signal when the conveying medium enters the motor cavity, and the control system protects the pump.

10) The motor stator adopts F-class insulation (155.C). Built-in thermal overload protector, at the same time in the bearing installation also set thermal overload protector. It can prevent the motor from overheating and overload, bearing overtemperature, etc.
