Submersible electric sewage pumpLike other pumps, the impeller and pressure chamber are the two core components of the sewage pump. The advantages and disadvantages of its performance means that the performance of the pump is superior. The anti-blocking performance, efficiency and cavitation performance of the sewage submersible pump are guaranteed by the vane pump and the water pressure chamber.

In terms of performance, the head curve of the sewage submersible pump is relatively steep, and the power curve is relatively gentle.

The volute isSubmersible electric sewage pumpCommonly used pressure chamber, built-in submersible pumps often use radial guide vanes or runner guide vanes. There are three types of spiral, annular and intermediate type. The spiral screw type volute is basically not used in the sewage submersible pump. Because of its simple structure and convenient manufacture, the annular water pressure chamber is widely used in small sewage submersible pumps. However, due to the emergence of the intermediate (semi-spiral) pressure water chamber, the scope of application of the annular pressure water chamber gradually becomes smaller. Because the middle water pressure chamber has both the high efficiency of the spiral and the high permeability of the annular water pressure chamber. More and more attention from manufacturers.

The following describes the sewage pump impeller type::

1. Impeller structure type:

It is divided into four categories: blade (open and closed), swirl, runner, spiral centrifugal (including single runner and double runner). The open semi-open impeller is easy to manufacture, and when the impeller is blocked, it is easy to clean and maintain. However, in long-term operation, the wear of particles will increase the gap between the blade and the inner wall of the pressurized water chamber, thereby reducing the efficiency. An increase in clearance can disrupt the differential pressure distribution over the blade. It not only produces a lot of vortex loss, but also increases the axial force of the pump. At the same time, due to the increase of the gap, the stability of the liquid flow in the flow channel is destroyed, and the pump vibrates. This type of impeller does not easily transport media containing large particles and long fibers. From the performance point of view, the efficiency of the impeller is low, and the high efficiency is about 92% of that of the ordinary closed impeller, and the head curve is relatively flat.

2. Rotating impeller:

This type of impeller is used in pumps because the impeller is partially or completely retracted from the flow path of the pressurized water chamber. Therefore, the non-clogging performance is good, and the passing ability of particles and long fibers is strong. The particle flow in the hydraulic chamber is driven by the vortex generated by the rotation of the impeller. The suspended particles themselves do not generate energy and exchange energy with the liquid in the flow channel. During the flow process, suspended particles or long fibers do not contact the worn blades, so the blades wear lightly, the gap will not become larger due to wear, and long-term operation will not seriously reduce efficiency. The sewage submersible pump with this impeller is suitable for media with large particles and long fibers. In terms of performance, the efficiency of this impeller is low, only about 70% of the ordinary closed type, and the lift curve is relatively flat.
