1. Avoid frequent switching

2. Submersible pump cable installation and insulation resistance requirements
When installing the submersible pump, the cable should be overhead and the power cord should not be too long. When the submersible pump is launched or rises, do not pull the cable hard to avoid disconnecting the power cord. When the submersible pump is working, do not fall into mud, otherwise it will cause unstable heat dissipation of the motor and burn out the motor winding. During installation, the insulation resistance of the motor should not be less than 0.5 megohm.
3. If the power supply voltage is abnormal, do not start
Due to the long low-voltage power supply line in rural areas and the common phenomenon of low terminal voltage, when the phase voltage is lower than 198 V and the line voltage is lower than 342V, the rotation speed of the submersible pump motor decreases. When it does not reach 70% of the rated rotation speed, the starting centrifugal switch is closed, resulting in heating and even burning of the winding and capacitor after the starting winding is energized for a long time. On the contrary, excessive voltage will cause the motor to burn out, during the operation of the submersible pump, the operator should observe the power supply voltage at any time. If it is lower than the rated voltage by 10% and higher than the rated voltage by 10%, stop the motor, find out the cause, and eliminate the fault.
4. Check frequently and solve problems in time
Usually check the motor frequently. If the lower cover is found to be cracked or the rubber sealing ring is damaged or invalid, it should be replaced or repaired in time to prevent water from penetrating into the submersible pump.

How to deal with burned outSmall submersible pump:
1. The ground wire is connected to the wrong power supply. The cable of the submersible pump has four cores. Be careful not to use the ground wire as the power cord.
2. Submersible pump mechanical seal damage and leakage, often use a megger to check the insulation resistance of the submersible pump, in the insulation resistance drop in time to take maintenance measures, so that the motor will not burn out.
3. After the cable is damaged, water enters the cable, often check the insulation resistance of the submersible pump.
4. When the impeller is stuck and the impeller is stuck, the current ratio increases. After a long time, the stator winding of the submersible pump will soon burn out.
5. Both ends of the stator winding contact the shell, and the winding breaks down to ground.
6. Submersible pump "start" and "stop" too often.
7. The dehydration operation time of the small submersible electric pump is too long. The dehydration operation time of the submersible pump can only be about 1 minute. With the passage of time, the temperature of the electric pump will increase due to poor heat dissipation. 8. When the phase is working, the submersible pump is generally in a braking state, and the current is much greater than the rated value.
