1. Inspect the deep well

Before the installation of the equipment, check whether the diameter of the drilling hole meets the external size requirements of the underground part of the equipment. 2. Check the small submersible pump

Check whether the electric pump is well assembled, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the rotating shaft is uniform, whether the cable is damaged, whether the power supply and electrical equipment are reliable, whether the voltage and frequency of the power supply meet the requirements of the motor nameplate, and whether the deviation meets the scope specified by the operating conditions. Unscrew the ventilation bolts and water injection bolts of the motor, inject distilled water or clean water into the motor cavity, and check the insulation group of the motor winding after soaking for 6 hours, use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance value, which is not less than 40MΩ, and check whether there is leakage at each interface of the motor. After the cable is soaked in water for 6 hours, use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the cable, which is not less than 5 ohm 0MΩ.

(2) When going into the well, shake and measure the insulation resistance of the motor to the ground at any time, and its value shall not be less than 40M.

(3) The cable should be firmly tied to the riser and fixed in the gap of the flange.

(4) When installing the pipeline, place the gasket appropriately and tighten the connecting screws evenly to prevent water leakage.

(5) If the pump is stuck during the descent process, the riser should be rotated and pulled in time to overcome the dead point and avoid blockage and damage to the electric pump.
