The following is an explanation of the common sense of the use of electrical tools for high-lift submersible pumps
High-lift submersible pumpCommon sense of use of electrical safety tools
Safety appliances include insulated safety appliances and general protective appliances. There are two types of insulated safety appliances: 3360 basic insulated safety appliances and auxiliary insulated safety appliances.
1. Basic insulation safety
Basic insulation safety appliances refer to all appliances with insulation strength sufficient to resist the working voltage of electrical equipment. Basic high-voltage insulation safety applications include high-voltage electroscope, insulating pliers, insulating rods and insulating strips. Low-voltage electric pens, insulating gloves and insulating tools are used for basic insulation safety. Basic insulation safety appliances can directly contact live conductors. Basic insulation safety appliances shall be used for direct contact with charged bodies.

2. Auxiliary insulation safety appliances
Auxiliary insulation safety appliances refer to safety appliances whose insulation strength is not enough to resist the operating voltage of electrical equipment. High-voltage insulation gloves, insulation boots, insulation pads, insulation platforms, etc. are used for auxiliary insulation safety. Low-voltage auxiliary insulation safety appliances include insulation shoes, insulation pads and insulation platforms, etc. Auxiliary insulation safety appliances can only strengthen the protection function of basic insulation safety appliances, I .e. prevent contact voltage, step voltage and arc burns from harming operators.
3. General protective equipment
(1) Temporary grounding wire, temporarily short-circuiting the power-off equipment to the ground to prevent the staff from being electrocuted due to power transmission errors.
(2) Temporary safety barriers to prevent workers from accidentally entering the live zone and accidentally touching the belt equipment.
(3) Signs, measures to prevent staff from mistakenly getting on live equipment, power transmission and power failure equipment and lines.
(4) The safety helmet is suitable for high-altitude operation to prevent the head from being touched or bruised.
(5) Safety belts, suitable for high-altitude operations, to prevent workers from falling.
(6) Protective glasses are suitable for replacing fuses, operating outdoor equipment, pouring cable insulation glue, and replacing battery liquid.
(7) cloth gloves, suitable for fusible metal operation and cable edge glue perfusion.
High-lift submersible pumpPreparation before use:
1. Check whether the cable is cracked or broken. Before use, not only observe the appearance of the cable, but also check whether the cable can be touched with a multimeter or megohmmeter. There should be no oil leakage at the cable outlet.
2. Before the new pump is used or before the long-term standby pump is started, the insulation of the stator to the housing should be measured with a megger, otherwise the motor windings should be dried to improve the edge level.
3. Check whether the high-lift submersible pump leaks oil. Possible oil leakage channels for submersible pump include cable connection, seal at the oil filling screw in the sealing cavity and O-ring at the sealing part. Check whether there is oil leakage. The reason for oil leakage at the oil filling screw is that the screw is not tightened or the oil-resistant rubber gasket under the screw is damaged. If it is determined that the O-ring seal leaks oil, it is mostly due to failure. At this time, the electric pump needs to replace.
4. Disable for a long timeHigh-lift submersible pumpBefore using again, the impeller should be started again after moving, so as to avoid rusting parts and no water to start burning the motor winding.
Well, let's talk about it today, then we'll see you next time.
