1. Leakage problem. The high-lift submersible pump, as the name implies, is that the pump and the machine are immersed in the water, so the leakage problem is one of the important factors that affect the normal operation of the submersible pump.
2. When the rotor is locked and the high-lift submersible pump is locked, the stator winding will generate a locked current. The locked current is 5 to 7 times the normal full load current. If there is no corresponding protection measure, the submersible pump will soon burn down. There are many reasons for the stalling of the submersible pump, such as the stuck impeller, the mechanical seal debris sticking to the shaft, dirt winding, etc.
3. The power supply voltage is too low or the frequency is too low.
4. Wear and corrosion. Wear will greatly reduce the performance of the electric pump. The flow, head, and efficiency will be reduced. The impeller and pump cover will rust, and the rotor will also be locked. The corrosion of submersible pump parts will not only affect the performance of the pump, but also Shorten its service life.
5. Cable cracking and breaking. Cable cracking and breaking are not only easy to cause electric shock accidents, but also the pump is likely to be in a two-phase working state during operation, which will not produce water and easily damage the motor.

1. When the submersible sewage pump is run without water, the running time shall not exceed the rated time. The volume of the suction pool can ensure that the water level of the submersible sewage pump is high during startup and operation, so as to ensure the cooling effect of the motor and avoid frequent start-up and stop caused by large fluctuations in water level. Frequent startup of large and medium-sized submersible sewage pumps has a great impact on the performance of the pump.
2. When the humidity sensor or temperature sensor alarms, or the vibration and noise of the pump body during operation are abnormal; or when the output water pressure drops and the power consumption rises significantly, the submersible sewage pump should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
3. Some submersible pumps with poor sealing performance are soaked in water for a long time. Even if they are not used, the insulation value will gradually decrease, so that they cannot be put into use after comparison, and even the time for the edge to disappear is shorter than that of the submersible sewage pump running continuously in water. Therefore, high-lift submersible pumps sometimes cannot be used as the backup of the suction pool. If conditions permit, they can be used as the backup outside the submersible pump, stop the car immediately and lift it up, then put down the standby pump.
