The principle and characteristics of vertical pipeline centrifugal pump
Classification:
Vertical pipeline centrifugal pump and booster pump are used more or less in people's daily life, so I think we all know a lot about these two pumps. But recently, some users want to know the difference between a tube pump and a booster pump. Vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is one of our commonly used pumps, then, the following together to understand the principle and characteristics of vertical pipeline centrifugal pump!
Verticalpipeline centrifugal pumpAnd booster pumps are used more or less in people's daily lives, so I think everyone knows a lot about these two pumps. But recently, some users want to know the difference between a tube pump and a booster pump. Vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is one of our commonly used pumps, then, the following together to understand the principle and characteristics of vertical pipeline centrifugal pump!

1. vertical pipeline centrifugal pump principle:
After the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is started, the pump shaft drives the impeller to rotate at a high speed, driving the liquid pre-filled between the impellers to rotate. Under the action of inertial centrifugal force, the liquid moves radially from the center of the impeller to the outer periphery. The liquid obtains the energy star in the process of flowing through the impeller, the static pressure energy increases and the flow rate increases. When the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the pump casing, the flow path in the casing is gradually expanded and decelerated, and a part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and finally flows into the discharge pipeline along the tangential direction. Therefore, the turbofan pump casing is not only a component that collects the liquid flowing from the impeller, but also a rotary energy device. While the liquid swings outward from the center of the impeller, a low-pressure area is formed in the center of the impeller, and the total potential energy difference between the liquid level of the storage tank and the center of the impeller sucks the liquid into the center of the impeller. The impeller rotates continuously, and the liquid is continuously sucked and discharged. The mechanical energy of the liquid obtained by the centrifugal pump is ultimately expressed as an increase in the static pressure energy.
2. verticalpipeline centrifugal pumpFeatures and advantages
1. The appearance modeling is standing, and the horizontal pump is horizontal.
2. The connection form is bottom-up overlapping connection, and the horizontal pump is longitudinally arranged at the bedside.
3. Covering an area, the vertical pipeline centrifugal pump has a small area, and the horizontal pump occupies a large area.
4. Difficulty in maintenance and overhaul. When checking the impeller, the upper part can be moved backwards; horizontal pump is relatively simple.
5. The installation form is connected as a whole, and the installation is convenient; the horizontal pump needs to be adjusted for accuracy after installation.
Verticalpipeline centrifugal pumpDivided into vertical multistage centrifugal pump and vertical single-stage centrifugal pump, high lift for vertical multistage centrifugal pump (commonly used in real estate water supply system); flow head balance of the general vertical single-stage centrifugal pump (commonly used in closed circulation system). In fact, although the definition of the tube pump and the booster pump are the same, the tube pump has a bottom valve, and the booster pump does not, so the tube pump can suck in the lower part of the water and send it out when in use. The booster pump has no bottom valve, so it can only deliver natural flow water to the pump body when working. Apart from this, it can be said that the functions between them are basically the same.
