Introduce the structure type of self-priming pump

Classification:

There are many structural types of self-priming pumps, including molten salt pumps, vacuum pumps, submerged pumps, metering pumps, gear pumps, corrosion-resistant pumps, acid-resistant pumps, and fire pumps. Then it merges with the water flowing from the right backwater hole and runs along the volute. As the liquid in the volute continuously impact the cascade, it is constantly crushed by the impeller.

As the liquid in the volute continuously impact the cascade, it is constantly crushed by the impeller.

It is stirred and mixed with air to produce a mixture of air and water, and it is constantly moving so that the air and water cannot be separated. The mixture is stripped by the tongue at the outlet of the volute and enters the separation chamber along the short tube. The air in the separate room is separated out and discharged from the outlet pipe, while the water still flows to the outer edge of the impeller through the left and right return holes and is mixed with the air in the suction pipe.

This repeated cycle, gradually exhausted the air in the suction pipeline, so that the water into the pump, the end of the self-priming process. Sewage pump self-priming pump oil pump diaphragm pump screw pump gear oil pump pump is the same, the difference is that the return water does not flow to the outer edge of the impeller, but flows to the impeller inlet. When the internal mixing self-priming pump is started, the return valve at the front and bottom of the impeller must be opened to make the liquid in the pump flow back to the impeller inlet.

The water is mixed with the air from the suction pipe under the effect of high-speed rolling of the impeller, forming an air-water mixture and discharging it to the separate chamber. Here the air is exhausted and the water is returned from the return valve to the impeller inlet. This is repeated until the air is exhausted and water is sucked to the internal mixing type self-priming pump. The working principle is the same as that of the external mixing type self-priming.
